How to check for an empty/null value in Strategy Wizard

I have an indicator that at times will be empty/null. Not sure what the correct terminology is when an indicator you are plotting has no value in it. In other words if you pull up the Data Box and look at the current value of that indicator. The Data Box entry will be blank.

I need to be able to write a condition statement in the Strategy Wizard that can tell when that indicator has an empty/null value or when it has valid number for a value. Hope I said this right.
