Receive value for Candle Outline color

Dear support,

is it possible, that when I want to use an custom indicator (which I do not have the source code to) in my automated strategy, that I can access the value or find out when the indicator marks the outline color on a bar? Or which object can be accessed to find out, if the indicator is supposed to change the outline color of a bar?

The indicator does not plot anything - only changes the outline color of a bar.

Welcome to our forums Drove - that's unfortunately not possible - you would need to ask the developer for example if they could expose a signal series so you could check programmatically for a signal to be present and thus you could access it in your custom code / scripts.

thanks. But that is different, when the indicator plots a line, correct? then I can read out the value from the plots series?

Yes, if it exposes a plot or series you could access this for your conditions then as well.
