Editing a Sample from Forum

I am trying to edit a sample script from the forum "Bar Breakout 1". It does not appear to be placing trades but when I back test it, the trades are there. The only problem is that the trades don't show up in the places that I "thought" I had set them. So I have some editing issues I think. Any suggestions?

Welcome to our forums Brad - would you mind uploading a chart to show what you feel is is incorrect? For the realtime trades you would need to debug the conditions created in the script, it's best if you for example also draw on those 'hitting' so you know when you should expect to see a trade.

Here is the screen shot. By the way, I will say again that this script was posted by someone else in the forums as a sample script. On my left screen you can see the back testing results. It shows the trade lasted for several minutes and it should have reversed many times within there. On the Right screen you can see the settings and also some very rough illustrations (sorry) of where I would expect to see trades. Simply put, the system should trade long over the previous candle high, (or short under previous candle low) and never goes flat only reverse. I'm new to this so I apologize in advance for my ignorance.

I see and can understand you, it seems like you would need inspect the source script to understand when it exactly it would trigger trades - perhaps it would be coded / adapted to suit one market only? Best might be clarifying with the developer directly, you can try sending him a PM here.
