How to test Connection Loss

I would like to test my strategy with various different parameter combinations when it loses its connection. Is there a way to do this with Market Replay? Obviously it would be very time consuming to run the strategy on a realtime live feed (in Sim101 account) and wait for it to place orders to test connection issues for different parameter combinations.

Thank you for your post.

You could try disconnecting replay, however once you do that it, you would need to specify the exact time you disconnected for the replay function to recover and would not be very true to how a disconnect would occur in real-time.

If you were testing this in a sim101 account on a live feed, you could try killing your internet connection either by physically unplugging the connection, or disabling the internet connection through Windows.
