Order not cancelling

I have a code as per below which I thought would cancel an entry order if it wasn't fulfilled within 5 bars. From the chart and using COBC=true, the entry bar should commence 2 bars after the "10" (time:15:09) with a limit of 1.46655 and be valid for 5 bar. This is not the case. The trace shows no order cancellation. Could you please tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Kay Wai, is it possible the variable that holds the entry bar number gets updated on every bar? If so, that would be why the order isn't canceling.

Have you seen the reference sample that deals with canceling orders after a few bars have passed?
