If I have a long position and the Close of a Bar since my long position is greater than Price A. And subsequent to being greater than Price A, if it closes below price B, ExitLong.

The above code doesn't work the way I have described above.

The strategy is set to COBC = true while the indicator's is set to COBC = false.

I've set COBC for both the indicator and strategy to true...issue is still there.

Issue is resolved, in a way.

My Indicator only produces a value when certain conditions are met. In this particular case, it didn't produce a value but the code read it as Close[0] < value...so I recoded it to when no value is produced, the value = 0.
