Strategy Not Working As it Should When Trading Live

I am having a hard time getting a strategy to work. It works exactly as it should when backtested. I first traded it in live using the simulation account and it worked as it should. I then left it for a few weeks and tried again but it just entered long everytime I clicked enable.

I tried it on a different computer and it worked fine again for a couple of days but has no stopped working again. It didn't enter any postions today when it should. Nothing has changed in the code.

Support have said I should try and debug the code with print statements and the like but the code is fine otherwise the backtesting would not work and it would have not worked at all.

Has anyone encountered similar problems? I am sure it must be some bug with NT given the errors and the fact it has worked before.

Any suggestions would be much apprevciated.

It is very rare that we find bugs in the current stable release of NinjaTrader. However it is a possibility. What I would recommend is that you send me the strategy to support at ninjatrader dot com ATTN: Brett and I can give it a quick run and see if I run into the same issue and can give you a pointer to find out where the issue is in your code or if it is a bug.
