"Closes a position (left-click) or strategy (middle-click)"

On the DOM, what determines whether you get the mouse over message "Closes a position (left-click) or closes a strategy (middle-click)" when you hover the arrow over the close button? And if you don't get this message, does it mean that you can't differentially close a position vs strategy. Are there differences between the Dynamic and Static Doms in this regard?

If the Strategy selection mode property is set to "Display Selected ATM Strategy Only" on the DOM, then left click closes the ATM strategy, all other times the entire account position is closed.
