Stop Loss & Target Exit & winning strategies

Hi

i read the book "Micro trend trading " and i was trying to back test it on one of my stocks.
I started making a strategy with the condition builder but i had some difficulties and i need help.

1.I want to creat a stop loss and a target exit and any one of them cancels the other.
Stop loss value is= the low of the "entry" bar(the bar that i opened the position in) - (1 x ATR(14) indicator value)
Target exit value= entry price + (2 x ATR(14) indicator value)
How can i write this one cancel another condition and how can i write these values or select them from condition builder?
Please describe in details as i am new to all this.

2. Is there any strategies developed here that has a success of 80% winning trades or more?
