Hi,

I'm new to NT. I'm planning to learn more about your software.

Using the built in classes and methods (c#), can I create my own classes and methods?

Secondly, once I developed a strategy, can I use it to apply to all the currency pairs that are available for me to trade?

Lastly, are there built-in methods in NT that I could use for point-and-figure chart?

Yes, you can create your own methods and classes. Some examples of this are available here:

Yes, you can apply strategies to instrument lists. A separate strategy instance is created for every instrument within the list.

The interval and bar type is set when you run the strategy, either by the chart you apply it to, or the interval selection. If you wanted to add a separate point and figure series to the strategy, this is done with:
