Calculate on Bar Close and Close[0]

If Calculate on Bar Close is set to false:
Will Close[0] always be the last tick received of the curent bar?
If it is, then can I assume that the High and Low for the in progress bar is the high and low up to the current last tick of the bar?

Yes, Close[0] is the last trade when using CalculateOnBarClose = false. High[0] and Low[0] when using COBC false will be the high and low for the bar currently forming.

If I could also ask you:
If I have two contracts exiting at different points and I can't use SetStopLoss and Target because my exits are dynamic, do I need to enter each contract separately so I can tie each to ExitLong or Exit short? I also assume that I need two Exits for each, one for the stop and one for the target. If my position goes flat, the other exits are cancelled but how do I cancel the one remaining stop or target from the closed contract when I still have one contract working?
A corollary question is, "How do I cancel and how do I replace a SetStopLoss/Target or an ExitLong?Short?"

You can't combine both Set statements with Exit statements. One of these will be ignored according to Internal order handling rules.

There's also no way to cancel a stop loss order submitted with a set statement.

Correct, if you want to use Exit statements for your stop and limit orders, will need two statements.

NinjaTrader order handling will automatically cancel any exit orders (submitted with either exit or set statements) if there is no longer an open position.
