we've just noticed last night that all PartFilled orders are reported as Filled.
We can see in IB the order is partfilled then filled, and when checking our logs for orders called thru the onExecution, we see the orderState says filled twice.
(twice for the same order name but with different quantities. the sum of which gives the original quantity).
It was my understanding in 6.5 that Filled was called only after the position was completely Filled, and every PartFilled order was reported as PartFilled
This happened last night on EURJPY and we had the same issue couple of days ago on CHFJPY
