How to autotrade only during specific hours?

Hi,
How do I configure without coding the Strategy Builder to only trade between specific hours (1pm till 11pm)? I cannot figure that one out and don't know where to look in the Help Guide...

Hi Andrew,

This condition can be created in the strategy wizard. For help, please see the following article then > How to create Time comparisons.

It will consist of two conditions - One for Time > 13:00 and the other < 23:00

I followed the tutorial and I can get it to trade after 1pm, but it won't stop after 11pm. Which is to say, I can only get it to recognize one time condition. How do I program two time conditions? The wizard doesn't work. I'd also like to not trade on certain days. Pls help.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the NinjaTrader Forums!

While you can certainly set up a from and to time for trading during the day, in the strategy wizard, you would not be able to set trading to specific days. To accomplish that you would need to work directly in Ninjascript which is based on C#.

For the time conditions, I have attached a screenshot of how to set this up. As you seemed to have it working for after 1 PM I have shown the settings breakout for the 11:00 PM end of trading.
