Exit on Close

I'm trying to figure out where the verbiage is tied to what order..... I thought it came from the option setting,, but I also knows this option also kills the strategy which doesn't happen.

I running linebreak bars.. does the session template enter into this?

Thanks for the forum post.

The Flatten All at Time options is different then Exit at close.

The Flatten all will close everything and stop all running strategies.

The Exit on Close function is a per strategy function that simply executes a market order to get you out of a current open strategy position before the end of the session end time. Which is linked to your session template in use.

I did not do anything intentionally to tie any exit order to the session template.. I do have other exits based on time, but not at the time this trade occurred.

Found it was a default system parm when the strategy is added to the chart.. Never noticed it before...
