Can a strategy read a horizontal line?

I would like to be able to tell a strategy my profit target by drawing a horizontal line on the chart. Is there a way that a strategy can read a drawing object?

I don't believe you can. If you want to use discretionary techniques in your strategy perhaps you could look into ATM strategies?

It's quasi discretionary, I need the strategy to watch some things and automate some trades but the brackets have to be discretionary, I'll look at ATM's more closely. Thanks...
