OrderUpdateJob: Unspecified Error

Hello Support,

During market replay, I encounter the error message Failed to execute DB job 'OrderUpdateJob': Unspecified error.

What is the cause and how can I avoid such issue?

Hello EdwardK,

This points to issues writing to the database. First step is to run repair on the database:

Please follow the instructions below to repair the NinjaTrader database.

* Disconnect NinjaTrader from any open connections via File > Disconnect
* From the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools > Options
* Select the "Data" tab
* Press the "Repair DB" button
* Press the "OK" button

If you're not already using NinjaTrader 7, this has improved database from 6.5 and this is less likely to occur.
