Can a disclosure be displayed?

In our custom strategy, I want that any time the Account parameter is changed away from its default (Sim101 if live, Replay101 if playback), a pop up disclosure must be cleared in order to fill in any more parameters. It need only be set when changed the first time. From then on as long as it's on the chart, it will not have to be reset.

Can this be done in the strategy code?
