    Problem with strategy wizard

    Hello,

    I have a simply metod to identify the trend. This is the code:

    protected override void Initialize()
    {
    CalculateOnBarClose = true;
    }

    /// <summary>
    /// Called on each bar update event (incoming tick)
    /// </summary>
    protected override void OnBarUpdate()
    {
    // Condition set 1
    if (High[0] > High[10]
    && High[0] > High[30])
    {
    DrawDot("My dot" + CurrentBar, false, 0, High[0] + 15 * TickSize, Color.Blue);
    }
    }

    The problem is: ths strategy doesn't work. Why? It is so simply, only two simply conditions. I am sure there are places on the chart which should be marked.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your forum post.

    More then likely you have not made sure you have enough data in the chart before starting to run the strategy. Please check your log tab in the control center you will most likely see that the strategy is erroring therefor not running.

    Here is what you need below:

    Let me know if I can be of further assistance.
