How to Have Multiple Trigers but different Time Period?

I'm still learning a lot about NT and perhaps there is an obvious answer to my question, overall I really think this is a great product!
My question is pretty simple, how can I program the system to turn itself "on", meaning it's looking for another trigger when a first event occurs. For example, let's say I have 2 indicators 1) and 2). If a stock crosses 1) watch for event 2) to occur, but it won't happen at time 0, it might be days or weeks, if ever at all.
Is there a way under strategy wizard to program this, as I would think using the time function (0) it would only occur if both happened at the simultaneously. Note that the first requirement won't stay in force even while the 2nd gets triggerd, but the trade would be a good one. Another ex., if a stock hits 30 turn system on, then buy when ma(50) crosses ma (100), even if the stock is below 30 (that initial criteria is no longer needed)
