Launch strategy from another strategy

Is it possible to launch a strategy from parent strategy.
I tried following code in parent strategy

ClientStrategy cs = new ClientStrategy();
cs.Account = Acctount;
cs.SetBarsPeriodInstrument(this.Period,this.Instru ment);
Acctount.Strategies.Add(cs);

but client strategy cs is not started (Initialize, OnBarUpdate not called)

How can i start strategy cs ?

If it is technical possible i will use unspported functions as well. Who has experience with this issue ?
