TickSize and TenthPip
My broker is Gain and I have "Quote Currencies (FX) in" set to "TenthPip". Therefore the value for TickSize I am getting on most currencies is 0.00001 (1E 05). Is there any way I can detect from within the code that TenthPip is set, rather than Pip and so adjust my calculations accordingly.
Thanks.Tags: None

annettes,
Unfortunately there is no built in feature for this. What you could try is just running your own checks against the incoming prices to determine what setting you are using. Just look at the first price information you receive and see how many digits it is running.Josh P.NinjaTrader Customer Service
