Sorry : yes that should work, however you would need to keep in mind when running on CalculateOnBarClose = true it would not exit intrabar then as the level is breached.

I have many StrategyWizardActions and StrategyWizardConditions. Can they be used in the Ninja Script Editor?

Yes, you can unlock the wizard code and then edit / amend the source code already created by it.

I noticed that Ninja stores the StrategyWizardActions and StrategyWizardConditions as .xml format in 2 folders in the Templates folder. Can these be converted to .snippet format so they can be inserted in the Script Editor like the other snippets?
