Place an order at the close price

Can someone explain how to place an order using the close price of the previous bar instead of waiting it automatically waiting for the open price of the next bar?

It is not possible to place the trade on the signal bar's closing price as once you have the closing price the bar is already closed. A closed bar has no tradeable locations left on it and the next tradeable spot is the open of the next bar.
