Strategy Disabled on Replay

Hello,

I understand when my strategy is applied on Market Replay that I need to Enable the strategy (once I have enough data flowing).

Sometimes, I'm unable to get the Strat to Enable (it just remains in disabled mode).

Sometimes closing the program and rebooting is the only method to resolve this problem.

Please suggest another way to resolve this or provide a link where I can ensure I'm following the correct steps to apply strategies to Market Replay.

Kirk, it should be as easy as you say. Are you able to reproduce this issue of the strategies not starting while connected to Market Replay? If so, please let us know exactly what steps you take that lead to the strategy staying disabled. Also, please send us your strategy so we can test it out here.

I had this problem as well but what I figured out was that you cannot start a strategy in Replay that is attached to an existing chart that you were running when you weren't in replay mode. What you have to do when you are connected to Market Replay is to open a new chart and add the strategy to your new chart. Then it should remain enabled.
