Profit target or Stop loss hit - Question

Can anyone tell me the simplest way to "Do something" if the profit target is hit or "Do something" if stop loss is hit??? In other words, if profit target or stop loss is hit, then I want to do something, what is the correct way?

As an example..........

If StopLoss = hit
then variable0 = 1

or if.......

if ProfitTarget = hit
then variable0 = 2

then from here, I can do something depending on whether variable0 equals 1 or 2.........

You can check when order.OrderState == OrderState.Filled and capture a value at this time.
