I tried to find this in the forum, but after reading 6 pages of threads I get tired and raise the question, maybe again. I noticed the tags for the first time and will use them as from now on.

I'm trying to write a strategy that allows 2 entries in 1 direction. The first entry has a fixed profit target and stoploss, the second has a stoploss that needs to be adjusted after x ticks in profit. Looking at the table of orders and executions it looks like the OCO of the profit target and stoploss orders refers to the execution id, is that correct?

Hello Clint2008,
The OCO id for profit targets and stop losses is generated internally. Nice observation here- that it is based on the execution ID for the entry.
If you're using unmanaged order system in NT7, there is no special requirement on the ID used. You can use your own values, as long as the IDs are the same you should have OCO functionality for these orders.Ryan M.NinjaTrader Customer Service
