    Hi Edward Kunafi,

Most connections allow you to enable the Static SuperDOM, however when you switch to the Static SuperDOM you may be subject to TT credits.

      Hello Tim,

I know about Static SuperDom Licensing. In this case I do not use the DOM at all.
Today my connection is to IB, cash Forex trades are processed without issue. The order rejection are for M6E and GC.

Does that mean if I open second connection to Mirus/ZenFire, and select Mirus Account all would be well?

If I want to trade futures on my IB account, Is there a place where I indicate I use Dynamic Dom ?
I find it odd that a strategy orders should be declined, as it has nothing to do with static DOM.

      Thanks.

      Regards,
      EdwardK.

        Hi Edward Kunafi,

When you switch the the Static SuperDOM, and are subject to TT fees, ALL transactions are subject, not just SuperDOM placed ones.

If you wish to switch to the Dynamic SuperDOM, please send a note to "sales at ninjatrader dot com"

          Hello Tim,

I have a Multi-Broker NT, it supports IB (with Dynamic SuperDOM) and Zen-Fire (with Static SuperDOM).
How does NT decide which DOM to allow on an instruments? By primary connection, or by just the instruments?
I know I cannot use the static DOM for certain instrument that ZenFire does not support. So I seems the issue is when both IB and ZenFire supports the instrument. How does NT decide? Should it not know I am on IB connection only and hence allow only Dynamic DOM (if I trade manually that is).

So my question remain, why should the strategy order rejected, when I do not use the DOM to trade?

          Thanks.
          Regards.

          EdwardK.

            Hi Edward Kunafi,

The Static SuperDOM use would, and TT credit requirement would be associated with your license key settings.

              TT Credit

I don't use static DOM. I tried with MBTrading to place a trade on a live account using dynamic DOM and I got the TT Credit error. Please explain.

                  Hello Tim,

I found an issue when I am connected to IB. When I click on a chart, the mouse cursor would show timer, and if I check at program manager, all the charts are showing not responding, they can be in that state for 30 seconds or more, then they are back to responding but only for a few seconds, then go back to not responding.

Clicking on the NT main program window will also show timer cursor. That means I cannot even get to see the log panel.

I do not have this issue when connected to ZenFire.

                  What could be the cause?
Has my licence settings been changed in anyway?
                  How can this be resolved?

                  Thanks.
                  Regards,

                  EdwardK.
