`Strategy not picking up existing position from previous day

I am testing a strategy with a simulated account via Interactive Brokers (IB). My strategy does exit positions at close. Yesterday was the first day with my latest version of my strategy. Yesterday I had positions entered by the strategy on two insturments. This morning when I implement the stategy on each of the positions that it entered yesterday, it is not recognizing the existing positions on the strategies tab.

Hi ddurocher,

A strategy will not attempt to sync to any trades placed outside of the current instance of the strategy, or any manually places trades.

The strategy will only consider trades placed within that unique instance.

You will need to sync the strategy by placing trades manually.
