Multi-time frame - order

In a multi-time frame strategy most of your examples show the primary time frame being shorter that the secondary time frame. i.e. primary =1 minute, secondary = 1 day.
Are there any issues with setting up the strategy the other way round, i.e primary=1 day, secondary = 1 minute.

With NinjaTrader 6.5, it's best to add a second series which has a smaller time frame as in the sample - http://www.ninjatrader.com/support/f...ead.php?t=6652

However, with NinjaTrader 7, you can add a series with a larger or smaller time frame.
