Strategy based on buying at High or Low

Hi,

I want to make a strategy looks for the highest and lowest price given a specifc time period, for example 8 am to 9am. I want to add 5 pips to the high, to go long. Also, minus 5 pips from the low to go short. I have already looked at the sample timefilter provided by NT, this only provides the times to trade. Can someone please help?

I will be very greatful?, Maybe can put up a script or image of what to write in the wizard.
