Create a Fill or Kill order

hi,
If i do a EnterShortLimit with liveUntilCancelled set as false, in a 1 Tick Chart, Will this simulate a Fill or Kill order ?

What do you mean by "fill or kill"?
This is what the liveUntilCancelled field does:
The order will NOT expire at the end of a bar but instead remain live until the CancelOrder() method is called or its time in force has been reached.

Does it mean, after sending the order, if the order is not fill by the next tick, the strategy will try to cancel the order ?
