Number of historical bars

I would like to ask how do I set the number of historical minute bars (or the number of days) a strategy loads when started. I am connected to ZenFire.

Welcome to our forums!

When you run a Strategy from the chart, the bars loaded is defined according to the Charts range. You can increase or decrease by right clicking and selecting Format data series. Adjust the Days back setting.

When you run the strategy from the control center, it will give you the option of setting the date range.

Once you set the range, the strategy won't actually start running until the Minimum Bars Required has been met.

I am afraid I do not see where in the UI I set the date range when running a strategy from the control center.

I apologize. This setting is available from the version 7 ui, but not 6.5.

When using 6.5 you will have to set the default lookback under Tools > Options > Data.
