ExitLong and ExitShort

If I call ExitLong() or ExitShort() without passing it an entry signal name, will it exit all positions that are long or short?

It will exit positions that have been entered without a signal name.

Is there a way to flatten all positions? Something similar to ExitOnClose but being able to force it to occur?

And if you call ExitLong and have outstanding profit targets and stop losses, will they be cancelled?
