Entry orders way off

I am using Ed's Renko chart type which shows the open/high/low/close of each bar formed. I've gotten a few entry orders which are 16 ticks off.

The photo I have attached shows the bar the order was generated on at 2:42 as a Short entry at a price of 2000.00 and the bar opened at 1996.25. This ended up being a better entry price however on another occasion it was not.

I'll attach a photo so you can see what I mean.

Is it maybe the simulator settings? I am doing a walk-forward test using live date.

NTWolfe, unfortunately I'm not familiar with the custom chart type you're using - are you sure all OHLC data is shown by it? Have you checked for the same time period with a regular min chart to compare?
