How to use stoploss n trailing stop at the same time?

The ninjatrader guide said that stoploss order and trailing stop order cannot be placed at the same time. If this is the case, the stoploss order will take precedence. Then what if I want to place a stop loss 45 cents away from entry price and if price go up/ down 30 cents from my entry then move my stop to break even and keep moving up the trailing stop every time the price go 30 cents in my direction?
