Using Wizard to enter on specific time

Is it possible with the wizard to enter a trade at a specific time with no other factors.

For example, I want a market order to go long triggered at at 12:35pm.

There must be a simple method to enter a market order at 12:35pm everyday but I cannot figure it out?
