Drawline in Strategy

I have a strategy that uses DrawLine to draw a line on the price panel. It works exactly as I expected on one computer but on another computer the DrawLine appears in panel 2 where I have another indicator. The funny thing is that I have other draw objects that properly appear in the price panel.

Any ideas why these drawlines are misbehaving on this computer but not on the other?
