Debugging in VS 2008 Pro

I can't seem to figure out how to debug a "strategy" in Visual Studio 2008 professional. I know how to debug a indicator but not a strategy. Can some please point to in the right direction?

What exact issues do you see when attempting to debug a NinjaScript strategy?

where exactly are the source files located at?

The strategy cs files are here - MyDocuments\NinjaTrader 6.5\bin\Custom\Strategy

Here's exactly what I'm doing:
1. enable debug mode on source file within NinjaTrader
2. open VS 2008 pro, Tools, Attach to Process, NinjaTrader.exe
3. VS 2008 displays a message in IDE (Disassembly cannot be displayed in run mode.)

Hmm, are you trying to run a compiled assembly with locked source code?
