How to query the "to" time

In backtesting parameter window in Time Frame section is "to" parameter.
How in a strategy I can get its value?

This is not the answer I hoped to.
I don't understand. I can query and set: session, slippage, min. bars.. I think all other parameters, just not the "to"?

If I want to write to an external file some data at the end of back test run, how can I do it? How do I know its the END?

It is not supported. There is no method or property exposed that tells you its the end of the backtest.
