    You can view the sample code as SampleMACrossOver. It comes preinstalled with your NinjaTrader.

        Stan, this is installed per default with NinjaTrader - Tools > Edit NinjaScript > Strategy > SampleMACrossOver == this will open the source code for you to review in the NinjaScript editor then.
