Linking to strategy dll with external application

Hi I was wondering,

Is it possible to reference the .dll of a custom strategy in an external application?

The external application would receive the events and call the properties of the NT .dll?

The reason I'm asking is, I want an external application to monitor my order entry and executions in as streamlined a manner as possible, and the best way to do this might be to hook into a NT .dll somehow as the software is running.

Sorry, you can not manage a custom NinjaScript strategy via an external application.

I anyway only wanted to access the interface you showed me is available in Windows\System32\NTDirect.dll. Before you showed me the existence of this file, I was prepared to try anything to get my data
