What happening?

Hi,
I trade live with a strategy that I wrote. I execute it on a chart. It triggered an entry and in a Position tab I'm in a position but on a Strategy tab I'm not. This results in not executing a stoploss order as well.
This is my log:

Are you able to reproduce at will? Can you reproduce with SampleMACrossOver? What are your settings in Tools>Options>Strategies>NinjaScript?

Hi Josh,
No I cannot reproduce it. I have the same strategy with a sim account and it works perfectly. On a real account yesterday and today I have problems.
My Settings are:
1.Wait until flat
2. Per entry execution
3. Cancel orders on termination

What that has to do with my problem?

Would not impact your scenario. Please provide full logs/trace files.

Please check your Instrument Manager and ensure that the NG instrument uses the NYMEX exchange.

It does. You also can see it from the log:

If I choose Globex the chart does not updates.

To confirm, you have unchecked globex correct?

No. It always was checked. I just choose the Nymex when I added the instrument and it worked corectly. Now I unchecked Globex but I didn't run it live yet. How did it worked until now?

A colleague of mine states that you can try checking Nymex with Default as the exchanges and it should work. I would not be able to speculate on what or why the prior behavior was what it was.

What looks odd is this: Position Instrument='NG 01-00'
How exactly do you have it set to 01-00?

I don't understand what you're saying. I use NG 01-10 as you can see in the trace:

I don't understand what you mean by default. When I add NG I choose Nymex from a choice box.

Your trace from your post #5 says you are on 6.5.1000.9.
a) why is it, that you are posting that issue on a NT7 beta forum?
b) please make sure you are on latest 6.5 before conducting any further tests using NT6.5

I'm sorry that I posted on NT7 forum. This is the only one I found for bug reports.
I will upgrade to 6.5 latest, but as I said I traded for some time with no problems, and now this.

That's why we upgrade and fix issues in NT6.5 as well: to prevent that issues like this would happen to our users. Of course, you would not benefit as you didn't upgrade.
