These two settings are completely different and unrelated.
Store - stores the live data as historical data for your chart backfill. If it is not checked, you connection server data will be used.
Record - records any live incoming data that comes into any part of NT for playback later.

The answer to your question is no.

Thanks for replying. Ok are you saying that to record data for use in
Market Replay at a later time I need both checked as in the attachment
enclosed?

Just the second one. The first one is in relation to storing data into your database to just open a chart as opposed to creating a Market Replay.
