Strange behavior with range charts

I wrote a relatively straight forward strategy which will enter a trade at the Bollinger Band providing certain filters are satisfied. When I place the strategy on a chart I have long entries occurring at a point where the long filter should prohibit the trade. I added a print statement and found that it printed statements between bars, meaning the time stamp on the print statement is between two bars on the chart. It is during this "between the bars" that wrong orders are being placed.

How is this possible?

I seem to have found the problem--I was adding another data series and it was causing problems. I removed the 2nd data series and everything works now.
