You can use a time filter as an additional condition to your entry conditions. You should be able to find a time filter reference sample in the sample section of the forums.

Thanks, that will work for my equities version which all close at the same time, however its a bit more troublesome for my futures version whic all have different finishing times, is there a way to write 'time till close > X seconds/minutes ' ??

Nope. You will have to know what time you will close and hard code that.
