How do I get current stop loss value

In my strategy I want to compare value of the stop loss currently in place with some other values before deciding to move the stop loss. Can you advise how can I get value of the current stop loss? Is there anything like GetCurrentStopLoss?

Unfortunately not, you will just have to maintain your own variable tracking the stop loss value at time of order placement.

Possible to load current stops?

Is it possible to "load" this value from the broker somehow instead of keeping track of it? My concern is that if Ninjatrader is disconnected from the broker temporarily, and upon reconnection, I want to load in the status of all the current stops into my logic; so that it can resume itself in the proper state.

What you can do in that case is write your stop loss values to a text file and then read from the text file.
