    Reporting not working for ATM NinjaScript...

    I have a NinjaScript strategy which generates ATM strategies. However, the ATM strategies are no showing up in the account history under account performance. Any ideas why?

    Reporting for ATMs called from NinjaScript works just the same as reporting from ATMs done manually. Please check your Account Performance filters on that page.

      Yup... I know...

      How about this. I run the report, nothing. I manually execute the same ATM strategy called by the NinjaScript. Then magically, the manual trade appears, the others, are no where to be found.

        Brian, I am unable to reproduce this behavior. I created an ATM template named AtmStrategyTemplate so I could use the SampleAtmStrategy to test this out.

        Then I placed a trade using the AtmStrategyTemplate using ChartTrader, and it appeared in the performance reporting. Then I turned on the strategy and let it complete a trade and hit "Generate" to get the account performance and it correctly listed the two trades.

        Can you please post a complete set of steps to reproduce your issue?

          Not sure what else to tell you. That is what I'm doing as well.

          Maybe you would like to try with my ATM strategy?

            I'll try it with your ATM strategy and let you know. Can you post a screenshot of the actual ATM strategy you're using (ESScalpATM--stops, targets, trails, etc)?

                Unfortunately, that isn't a screenshot... I just see the text of the link as an image file.

                Anyways, I went ahead and created a simple 5 tick target/5 tick stop ATM strategy to use with your strategy and tested it. All trades are showing in account performance, and nothing seems out of place.

                If you can post exact steps to reproduce this, I'll be happy to try it out.

                    The attached picture is what I see when I click the link. It seems like the image "wants" to be displayed, but it won't work for some reason.

                    If possible, a text version of the steps would be preferred, but a video would work too.

                    EDIT: I've downloaded the picture correctly. Didn't realize you meant right-click -> Save As. I'll test again with this ATM strategy.

                      I tried again with the ATM settings you provided, and everything is still working fine.

                      I'll wait for the instructions/video for a more specific test case.

                          Thanks for the vid - could not reproduce this either, please try leaving the ATM strategy selection to the 'actively running ATM' as you modify your orders to get you out as soonest as possible.

                            No Joy...

                            I can reproduce this on multiple NT installs. So I'm not sure why you can't.

                            I have NT installed on a VMWare Virtual Machine. If you like I can zip it up and you can download it and try it on your end?

                              Brian, this may be due to being on a VM environment - while we have tested it and did not run into known issues, we do not offer support for it.

                              Do you have a 32 bit XP / Vista machine where you could test this on?
