trailing stop

Hello,
Is there a way to initiate a trailing stop after a specified level of profit has been reached? If so, can the strategy wizard handle this?

ex... buy at $100 share price. If profit reaches 5% then set trailing stop to 3%.

From the Strategy Wizard you have to initiate the trailing stop at the outset of the trade.

So you are saying there is no way to make the trailing stop conditional?
