Error when connecting to MB Trading

    Error when connecting to MB Trading

    I get the following error when connecting to MB Trading Demo connection.

    When I shut down NT I have a few charts open when I open and connect to MB Trading Demo connection this is what I get (attached). I get more than one of them

    Erik, please ensure you're on NinjaTrader 6.5.1000.11 and MBT Navigator 11.2.0.2 - http://www.ninjatrader.com/webnew/support_MB.htm

      I am running the right version see attached picture.

      I get over a dozen of those popups and cannot close them can I just get the log/trace file off of the hard drive and email it to you? If so what is the email to send the log to?

        Erik, please direct the files to support at ninjatrader dot com ( if they are bigger than 3 MB in sum, please zip them or use a service like YouSendIt )

        You can find them located here -

        Logs - MyDocuments > NinjaTrader 6.5 > Log
        Trace - MyDocuments > NinjaTrader 6.5 > Trace

        Please send us the files from today.

            Jonas, this will be supported with the next NinjaTrader update, for 6.5.1000.11 please continue using MBT Navigator 11.2.0.2

                You're correct, however it's reflected in the MBT connection guide - http://www.ninjatrader.com/webnew/support_MB.htm
