Exiting ATM Strategy Positions

I know in a strategy you can not call Flatten Everything. Trying ExitLong and ExitShort at a particular time with no luck.

if (orderId.Length == 0 && atmStrategyId.Length == 0 && Close[0] > Open[0])

atmStrategyId = GetAtmStrategyUniqueId();
orderId = GetAtmStrategyUniqueId();
AtmStrategyCreate(Action.Buy, OrderType.Limit, Low[0], 0, TimeInForce.Day, orderId, "AtmStrategyTemplate", atmStrategyId);
}

if (ToTime(Time[0]) == 083000)
ExitLong();

I've also tried ExitLong("AtmStrategyTemplate"); with no luck and not sure how to get it to exit a position...
